Confidence note:the OpenFold-3 (NIM-hosted) lane is under review — recent runs have returned uniformly low-confidence structures (iPTM < 0.15, pLDDT ≈ 30), which usually indicates a pipeline issue rather than genuinely non-interacting pairs. Treat these entries as provisional and prefer the cross-validated AlphaFold-3 results until the lane is re-verified.

OpenFold3 is NVIDIA's NIM-hosted alternative to AlphaFold3 — used for high-throughput binder validation (MuSK, KEAP1 candidates) where AF3 server is rate-limited or paused.

OpenFold-3 predictions executed via NVIDIA NIM for cross-validation of protein-protein interfaces in the SMA pathology graph. Each job produces 1 model; we report iPTM, PTM, and ranking_score. iPTM ≥ 0.85 indicates high- confidence interface; 0.70–0.85 strong, 0.50–0.70 borderline, <0.50 weak/refuted.
