How does Synergy Scoring work?

Each drug-target pair is scored across four independent evidence layers: docking (DiffDock binding affinity), literature (quality-filtered claim co-mentions), pathway (shared KEGG/STRING network proximity), and claims (weighted by confidence and source independence).

Combinations where all four layers agree rank highest. Single-layer signals are deprioritized.
