Multi-Method PPI Consensus

COMPUTATIONAL HYPOTHESIS

Each pair below has maximum interface ipTM ≥ 0.70 and at least two recorded method labels. This does not mean that two methods both score above 0.70; different labels can also represent the same predictor family. ipTM is a co-folding confidence score, not a measured interaction — every pair is a computational hypothesis, not a wet-lab-validated complex, and inclusion is not an efficacy claim. Pairs on a canonical SMA mechanism axis are highlighted.

Compare the maximum and median ipTM alongside the recorded status and divergence flag. A high maximum alone does not establish agreement, and method labels do not prove independent experimental support. Exact constructs and run-specific evidence still require review.

How does multi-method PPI consensus work?

ipTM. Interface predicted TM-score (0–1) — model confidence that two chains form the predicted interface. This view filters the maximum score at 0.70 and requires at least two recorded method labels; it does not apply a per-method threshold.

Status. STRONG / CONFIRMED (multi-method agreement), AF3_ONLY (AF3 strong, others lower), DISPUTED / NEEDS_REVIEW (methods diverge), SINGLE_MODEL (one method only).

On-axis pairs sit on a canonical SMA mechanism (e.g. KEAP1–CUL3 / NRF2 oxidative-stress E3 ligase, MAPK11/14–MAPKAPK2 p38 signalling, STMN2–tubulin axon maintenance). They are surfaced first.
